ONLINE STORE PAYMENTWe accept payment via PayFast, which allows you to complete your purchase with your Visa or Mastercard credit card. If you have a South African bank account with either ABSA, FNB, Nedbank or Standard Bank you can also do an EFT via PayFast. For more information about PayFast, please contact us.
Faulty items must be returned to The Smart Store via registered mail and if confirmed to be defective, refunded.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Should you receive a product that you're not happy with, please contact us and arrange to return the garment to us within 7 days of the date that the goods were received. Goods must please be sent by registered mail. Once we receive the item/s, and have confirmed that they are in a saleable condition, we'll email you your credit note. Unfortunately, we are unable to credit you for the shipping of the items that you wish to return.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Should you wish to buy an item that is out of stock, please feel free to contact us and we'll try our best to process your order as soon as possible depending on the availability of materials and our manufacturing schedule.

Vouchers, containing an online discount code are manually generated and emailed to you. If you would like us to email the voucher directly to the recipient please include their name and email address under "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS" in your cart before checking out.
